We start each session with some mobility exercises to prepare our bodies well. If you feel like it, you can do a sprint or two in between, otherwise we run at a gentle pace and adapt to the speed of the group!\n
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, you are very welcome to join us! Together we will explore the most beautiful running routes around the campus, enjoy the fresh air and have fun together.\n

We always meet at the AStA Infocafé (VMP 5). You can leave your belongings there.\n
