Budget and finance

In order to give all students a transparent view of the financial affairs of the student body, the Finance Department provides monthly "target-actual" comparisons between budget estimates and actual costs. It goes without saying that student funds are used within the framework of the higher education policy mandate and that contributions are managed sparingly and responsibly.

The correct use of student funds is monitored not only by the StuPa, but also by an economic council staffed with students, professors and university employees. The economic council also acts as an advisor. In addition, our work is audited annually by an accounting firm. The financial department is available for questions and suggestions.

There's always people from the finance department in the office on Monday and Tuesday. So come by if you have any questions.
