Counselling for international students
Students with an immigrant background and international students often face specific challenges. These challenges often begin as early as entry into the country, the application process, and admission. They range from finding free German language courses, issues with residency and labor laws, and difficulties finding work and housing, to racist hostility. You can contact us regarding these and other matters.
We offer some of our counseling in person and—if necessary—by phone or video.
Please send us an email if you’d like to schedule a counseling session so that we can prepare in advance if possible: ris"AT"asta.uni-hamburg.de
