Book rooms

You can use this form to book different student workspaces on and off campus. Please note that the rooms are only available Monday until Friday from 6pm until 9.30pm for up to 54 people. Use on weekends and before this time is not possible.

 We kindly ask you to request the rooms at least 7 days before use to ensure that your requests are processed in a timely manner.

Please fill in the form below and send inquiries only from your university e-mail address (@studium.uni-hamburg.de, @uni-hamburg etc.). Requests from other e-mail addresses cannot be processed. In accordance with the university's room allocation regulations, the premises may not be used for celebrations, religious or ritual activities, commercial purposes or for events with a party political orientation.
