Invitation to a general election meeting of the Queer-Unit

Dear students of the University of Hamburg,

We hereby cordially invite you to the election general assembly of the Queer Department on

Monday, April 14, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Queer Department (VMP5 0039)

The following agenda is proposed:

• TOP 1: Welcome and formalities
• TOP 2: Report of the speakers on the past legislative period
• TOP 2: Election of two new officers in accordance with the election regulations
• TOP 2.1: Election of an election management
• TOP 2.2: Verification of those entitled to vote
• TOP 2.3: Discharge of the old officers
• TOP 2.4: Election of the speakers
• TOP 2.5: Election of the speaker with voting rights in the AStA
• TOP 2.6: Election of the speaker with deputy voting rights
• TOP 3: Miscellaneous
