We, the AStA Uni Hamburg, are the political representation of students at the University of Hamburg and consist of a team of around 110 members. Our task is to represent students vis-à-vis the University and the City of Hamburg. To do this, we need a digital infrastructure that meets all current requirements and needs to be regularly managed and maintained.

Your tasks:

• Setting up a new server
• General IT support (support for office printer infrastructure, DATEV PC connection, user accounts, telephone system)
• Support and advice as well as maintenance and service, preferably on site and/or via remote maintenance
• Security management
• Update management
• Data backup
• Dealing with special software for people with disabilities

Your profile:

• Expertise in IT security management
• Expertise in the support of many user accounts
• Willingness to cooperate with the University of Hamburg's computer centre
• Flexibility and openness in dealing with a student team and different requirements/wishes
• Possibility of on-site assignments
