Dear students of the University of Hamburg,

We hereby cordially invite you to the general election meeting of the Queer Department on

Wednesday, February 01, 2023 at 14:00 in the Queer Department (VMP5, room 0039)

The following agenda is proposed:

TOP 1: Welcome and formalities

TOP 2: By-election of two speakers according to §7.3 of the election regulations of the Queer Department

TOP 2.1: Election of an election management
TOP 2.2: Verification of eligibility to vote
TOP 2.3: Discharge of the old speakers
TOP 2.4: Election of the spokespersons
TOP 2.5: Election of the speaker with voting rights in the AStA
TOP 2.6: Election of the speaker with deputy voting rights
