Invitation to a general election meeting of the Queer Unit
Dear students of the University of Hamburg,
We hereby cordially invite you to the general election meeting of the Queer Department on
Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Queer Department (VMP5, room 0039)
The following agenda is proposed:
TOP 1: Welcome and formalities
TOP 2: Report of the speakers on the past legislative period
TOP 2: Election of two new speakers in accordance with the election regulations
TOP 2.1: Election of an election management
TOP 2.2: Verification of those entitled to vote
TOP 2.3: Discharge of the old officers
TOP 2.4: Election of the speakers
TOP 2.5: Election of the speaker with voting rights in the AStA
TOP 2.6: Election of the speaker with deputy voting rights
TOP 3: Miscellaneous
