The Presidium of the Student Parliament invites you to the election meeting of the semi-autonomous Department for Disabled and Chronically Ill Students (RBCS), and we also encourage you to attend!

Agenda

• Opening and welcome
• Determination of quorum
• Election management: Election of an impartial person to conduct the election, in accordance with § 3 WO RBCS
• Conducting the election of the spokespersons in accordance with § 4 (1) WO RCBS
• Conducting the election of the representative in accordance with § 4 (3) WO RBCS
• If applicable, conducting the election of the deputy representative in accordance with § 4 (4) WO RBCS
• Announcement of the election results and closing remarks

Notes

According to § 2 of the election regulations, every person enrolled at the University of Hamburg who belongs to the group of persons specified in § 2 (1) SGB IX is eligible to vote.

Any person who is eligible to vote and who meets the requirements specified therein may stand as a candidate.
