Invitation to a general election meeting of the Queer Unit

Dear students of the University of Hamburg,

We hereby cordially invite you to the general election meeting of the Queer Department on

Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Queer Department (VMP5 0039)

The following agenda is proposed:

TOP 1: Welcome and formalities

TOP 2: Report of the speakers on the past legislative period

Item 2: Election of two new officers in accordance with the election regulations

Item 2.1: Election of an election management

Item 2.2: Verification of those entitled to vote

Item 2.3: Discharge of the old officers

Item 2.4: Election of the speakers

Item 2.5: Election of the speaker with voting rights in the AStA

Item 2.6: Election of the speaker with deputy voting rights

TOP 3: Miscellaneous
